NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - There's new advice for older men who want to preserve their sexual function: have sex, and have it often, researchers say.
In a study that followed nearly 1,000 older Finnish men for five years, researchers found that those who were regularly having sex at the start of the study were at lower risk of developing erectile dysfunction (Buy Viagra) by the study's end.
In fact, the more often the men had sex, the lower their Buy Generic Viagra risk.
The implication, say the researchers, is that men should be encouraged to stay sexually active into their golden years.
Dr. Juha Koskimaki and colleagues at the University of Tampere in Finland report the findings in the American Journal of Medicine. The study included 989 men who were between the ages of 55 and 75 at the outset.
Overall, those who said they had sex less than once per week were twice as likely to develop ED over the next five years as men who had sex at least once a week. Furthermore, compared with men who had sex three or more times per week, their Order Viagra risk was increased nearly four-fold.
A number of factors contribute to ED development, many of which could also affect a man's sexually activity -- such as age, diabetes and heart disease. However, after taking account of those factors, sexual activity itself remained linked to Cheap Viagra risk, Koskimaki's team found.
It may be a matter of "use it or lose it," according to the researchers. Just as exercise boosts physical fitness, they note, regular sexual activity may help a man preserve his erectile function.
buy viagra online occurs when there are problems with blood flow to the penis. Regular sexual activity, Koskimaki's team writes, may help maintain healthy blood vessel function in the erectile tissue.

America says it may have killed Saddam with its bombs last night, and that the man seen talking on TV this morning was perhaps a double. Israel says it is sure that the man seen on TV genuinely was Saddam Hussein and that the strike failed.
It seems nobody really knows, and I’m undecided either way. [...]

I feel I’m being overshadowed by my hair. Not literally, of course. There’s not enough of it there to do that. Not since Friday. Since taking to it with the clippers and strimming it down to a narrow mohawk it’s the first thing peoples eyes rise to. It keeps the seat oppostie me on the [...]

A nice lunch today, paid for by PR - a chance to chat to web types about their strategies for the future. The rest of the team went and sat in Soho Square, which would have been fun in the sun, but the excellent food and deco surroundings more than made up for it.
A bizarre [...]

The weekend’s beautiful springtime weather continues into Monday. It seemed almost unbelievable that it was still March as I walked up and down the sunny side of Oxford Street at lunchtime, gathering together the supplies I needed.
Somehow fell into HMV (they have very wide open doors) and spent 30 mins mooching around the clear-out sale. [...]

It’s Will’s birthday tomorrow, so last night we convened at the Dog House for drinks, chat and distraction from the telly above the bar that showed Kirsty’s Home Videos.
I’ve not been there in years but it used to be our regular below-the-street drinking home for a while when the mag had been temporarily moved out [...]

If we’d met for the first time on Thursday, you might not have recognised me today. Last night, some time around midnight (why do I always decide to do noisy things like fit new bathroom carpet or cut my hair so later at night) I dug out the clippers and took to my hair. I [...]

Life is cyclical. I look back on my journal entry of exactly twelve months ago and see that I was at the Xbox launch party in the cleared-out basement of the closed Virgin Megastore. It’s strange being in such a large shop when it’s closed.
Tonight, I find myself at another Xbox party, this time on [...]

I was very proud of myself, going to bed late after last night’s film and the inevitable faffing around involved in coming home, arriving home and stumbling in the vague direction of the bed and still managing to get up at a reasonably early hour this morning. Perhaps it’s because I set the alarm slightly [...]

I’ve been playing with my pictures. I read online about the Lomo effect, which at its simplest is the process of darkening the edges and brightening the middle of your images and works particularly well on anything with gaudy colours.
I’ve been trying it out on four of my photos. The first two were taken in [...]

Well the last two days have been like a journey back in time. The car was in for an MOT today and by some miracle received a clean bill of health, which required a trip back to Galleywood to drop it off last night. So, after a late stay at the office, I trudged the [...]
