A big busy admin day punctuated only by a Bagelmania mushroom soup. Got all of the October issue software reviews commissioned out, bar one product, had a vaguely entertaining forward planning meeting and called Gordon to discuss this week’s show. Swapped Korea photos with the other journalists from the trip and finally got my contract for the book, even if it was dated ‘199_’. Not a bad day, all in all, topped off by an invite to go and see Robbie Williams in Milton Keynes on the 20th. I said ‘yes’, of course, because I know too many people who’d kill me if I’d said ‘no’.
